Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our technical support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your original order details.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely package the device in its original professional packaging, ensuring all power cables, adapters, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Cambrionix

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship the unit to our designated service center using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
